College equipment can be expensive, and is a privilege for students to use. Because of this, please take great care in handling all equipment you borrow/use. If college property is not treated with respect, this could result in a ban.
Please note that SD cards are unavailable to loan. You are encouraged to purchase your own if possible. Please speak to a member of the Media department for more information on this.

College equipment loan rules
• An equipment booking form is required for any equipment you borrow. Booking forms are available from the technician’s office.
• You must remember your £5 cash deposit – no deposit, no kit!
• Your booking form must be signed by a Media lecturer/Tutor before you can collect the equipment.
• Lateness penalty – if you are late in bringing back equipment, you may be banned from taking out equipment for a period of time.
• If equipment is broken upon return, you may not get your cash deposit back. You may also be
banned from further kit use for an indefinite period of time.
• If equipment is faulty whilst in use, please email the technician at the address given below or inform upon return of the equipment.
